KUALA LUMPUR - The High Court will hear on January 27 a RM100 million (S $ 40.5 million) defamation suit Papa Gomo Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim.
Mr Anwar claimed that Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris, as a website owner Papa Gomo, posted defamatory words on the site back in March and a weblink to the implied sex video as Mr Anwar and others.
Mr. Wan Muhammad Azri has denied that he has Papa Gomo blog. Mr Anwar apply, severe general damages and exemplary, interest, costs and other relief deemed fit by the court, and an injunction to restrain the defendants from further publishing defamatory words and images, according to news agency Bernama.
